All team pilots must fill out the form completely. By registering, you verify all information provided is accurate, and you agree to follow all rules and restrictions.

Eligibility details: 
•3 pilots per team, under 18 ok with parent or guardian,
•Must be able to travel to Sacramento CA July 18th & 19th 2018,
•Each qualifying team receives minimum prize of $1,500,  two nights luxury accommodations in Sacramento plus additional $200 spending money per team
•Each team can bring one additional crew member

General Rules:
• Each pilot must qualify as part of a team. Pilots at the finals must fly with the same team/organization with which they qualified online.
• Qualifying pilots must be available in Sacto CA on july 18-19 for live competition and media events.
• There is no age restriction on pilots, but minors MUST be accompanied by parent or legal gaurdian.
• All pilots must provide their own spec-ready quads for the live event 
      • 6" max prop
      • 25mw VTX with remote power
      • Switchable LED strips visible on all sides
      • 6S max battery
• Every quad must have a minimum of 4 LED panels, visible from all angles, with ability to select color between heats.
• Pilots and teams may display their logos and sponsors on their team apparel, but Comcast reserves the right of final decision should any brand conflict arise. 
• During the live event, pilots will follow all safety instructions, including track access and drone retrieval.  
• Failure to follow any rules may be cause for disqualification.

Online Qualifier Requirements
• Ability to join Discord VRL race chat channel during event (Discord will be used for race management communication between pilots)
• High Speed Internet access to facilitate online multiplayer
• PC/Laptop capable of running Velocidrone (Windows, OSX and Linux supported)
• Radio Controller compatible with Velocidrone (Taranis, Spektrum, etc)
• All Pilots must be present 15 minutes prior to event start time

• Pilots may not modify or make changes to Velocidrone beyond its normal parameters to in any way, and may not take unfair advantage of glitches, trolling or griefing to change the gameplay or competition experience.  Pilots must fly using the limits and/or presets determined by race management.
